GEN2 i4.0:
PSA for demanding gas quality.

GEN2 i4.0 is nano’s PSA product family for demanding gas-quality profiles. MX Solutions places the range within the full process and plans air treatment, buffering and the process interface.

POSITIONING

High potential gas quality is only one selection criterion. The real question is what the process actually needs and how that affects air demand, energy and system size.

Final selection follows a review of the process data.
01 Application profile

When this product family
enters the shortlist.

Whether this product family fits your project depends on its match with the duty profile. Key inputs are: gas quality, capacity, multi-bank concept, feed air and reserve.

01

Demanding gas quality

Where low oxygen content matters, the required quality is technically confirmed and carried into the design.

02

Modular demand scenario

The family can be considered across different demand levels. The final configuration remains project-specific.

03

Process-critical supply

Measurement, release logic, storage and backup are matched to application criticality.

02 System integration

The product works
within the right full system.

For reliable integration into the intended process, inlet conditions, peripherals, handover point and service access are assessed together with the equipment.

ELEMENT 01

Define quality from the process

Required nitrogen quality is derived from the application, limits and process risks.

ELEMENT 02

Engineer the air side

Drying, filtration and available flow are treated as prerequisites for PSA generation.

ELEMENT 03

Integrate monitoring

Measurement and release concepts are aligned with the required system availability.

03 For selection

These details move
the project forward.

The values already available are enough for an initial technical review. Any open points can then be clarified with you.

  • process-related gas quality
  • normal and peak demand
  • pressure at the interface
  • measurement and release requirements
  • backup or emergency supply

04 Decision

GEN2 i4.0: define the suitable configuration

The product family defines a technical framework. The suitable configuration and scope are determined from your confirmed project data and the manufacturer documents valid at the time of enquiry.

Duty profile: nano presents GEN2 i4.0 as a PSA range for very high nitrogen purity and describes multi-bank capability. It is therefore considered for demanding quality and capacity profiles.

The system still decides: purity changes air demand and useful flow. Generator, treatment, buffer, measurement and reserve are evaluated together.

Technical review

Does GEN2 i4.0 fit?
The operating conditions determine the answer.

Send the known operating data. MX Solutions will check whether the product family fits and identify the supporting components required.
