POSITIONING
A low dew point is technically valuable but carries energy and maintenance implications. The requirement should therefore come from the process rather than being set as low as possible by default.

Desiccant dryers: define the suitable configuration
The product family defines a technical framework. The suitable configuration and scope are determined from your confirmed project data and the manufacturer documents valid at the time of enquiry.
Selection principle: adsorption drying is reviewed when very dry air or cold pipework requires a pressure dew point below the practical range of refrigeration.
System effect: filtration, regeneration, pressure drop, purge demand and actual load shape operation and cost. The lowest possible dew point is not automatically the right target.
